Why Your Gift Matters

Across the world, new believers are gathering in new churches, and many pastors serve without access to biblical instruction. Without trained leaders, congregations can be left vulnerable to confusion, false teaching, and persecution. With trained leaders, churches are strengthened and the gospel advances.

That is why Training Leaders International exists.
We send teachers to train pastors and church leaders for the strengthening of local churches around the world.

This year has been a remarkable display of God's faithfulness. More than 500 pastors and leaders have graduated from TLI's training programs in 2025 which is the highest number in our sixteen-year history. Each graduate returns to a congregation that depends on faithful shepherding, clear doctrine, and the steady proclamation of Christ.

Yet these 500 represent only a fraction of the global need. Current research estimates that 85% of pastors worldwide lack formal theological education. As the church expands, the need for trained pastors continues to grow.

As we look toward 2026, TLI is preparing to expand into more than 25 new potential training sites. These are communities where young pastors, emerging leaders, and newly planted churches are eager for biblical instruction but lack access to it.
