Training Leaders International is a quickly-growing organization, responding to a growing need in the global church. We are looking for people who are passionate about strengthening pastors around the world, especially in places where sound theological training is lacking.

In many places across the globe, evangelism is far outpacing discipleship. This leaves the church vulnerable to harmful and unbiblical teaching, thus stunting her growth and compromising her witness. TLI strengthens the church by employing a scalable model of theological training for those who have low or no access.
We seek staff across several disciplines to join our team. We desire humble, hard-working team members who are grounded in a love for Christ and his bride. Applicants must embrace The Gospel Coalition’s Confessional Statement, be resourceful, cross-culturally savvy, and passionate about theological education.
