If any of the positions listed interest you, please email your curriculum vitae or resume to: info@trainingleadersinternational.org International Trainer (2 Positions - Spanish and Arabic Speaker) Due to the increasing demand for short-term trips, TLI is looking for 3-5 qualified men to serve as full-time trainers of pastors overseas. The position is based in the United States and requires you to take 5-6 international trips a year. While in the US you would work on writing and research projects for TLI. You must develop your own personal support network. Qualifications Abiding faith in Jesus Christ Meet character qualifications of an local church elder (1 Tim 3:2-7) Ability to teach Whole-hearted agreement with The Gospel Coalition Affirmation of Faith Agreement with the vision and strategy of TLI Ability to relate to graduate level theological students Masters level degree in Theology Responsibilities Aid the President in the implementation of the vision of TLI Promote and champion the vision of TLI Travel overseas 5-6 times a year to train pastors in modular course settings Closely mentor students and pastors for the purpose of teaching cross culturally Travel to 1-2 seminaries a year to recruit students for teaching Establish relationships with seminaries and church leaders Perform research and writing projects for TLI Attend conferences related to evangelical scholarship and cross-cultural mission Contribute to journals and magazines related to biblical studies and mission Travel Expectations 5-6 International trips a year 6-8 days a year domestic travel for conferences and meetings Compensation Compensation will be agreed upon hire. This is a fundraised position. TLI offers a competitive package, with salary, health insurance and vacation. Director of Eastern European Ministries Qualifications Abiding faith in Jesus Christ Meet character qualifications of an local church elder (1 Tim 3:2-7) Ability to teach Whole-hearted agreement with The Gospel Coalition Affirmation of Faith Agreement with the vision and strategy of TLI Extensive experience in cross cultural teaching Ability to relate to graduate level theological students Masters level degree in Theology, PhD preferred but not required Responsibilities Aid the President in the implementation of the vision of TLI Promote and champion the vision of TLI Oversee interview and selection process of potential teachers Closely mentor students and pastors for the purpose of teaching cross culturally Oversee and develop the ministry of TLI in Eastern Europe Mentor and oversee missionaries in Eastern Europe Develop networks in Eastern Europe for the purpose of starting theological institutions Plan and implement short term trips to various locations in Eastern Europe Travel to 3-4 seminaries a year to recruit students for teaching Establish relationships with seminaries and church leaders Attend well-known pastor conferences to recruit pastors to teach with TLI Attend conferences related to evangelical scholarship and cross-cultural mission Contribute to journals and magazines related to biblical studies and mission Travel Expectations 3-4 International trips a year 10-15 days a year domestic travel for fundraising, interviews, meetings Compensation Compensation will be agreed upon hire.
